The aim of this study is to reveal the opinions of primary school teachers and mainstreaming students in their classrooms regarding the problems encountered in the exercise of their vital, developmental, protection and participation rights and the solution of these problems. The study group of the study consisted of 58 classroom teachers who were working in primary schools in the city center of Ankara in the 2012-2013 academic year, had mainstreaming students in their classes and volunteered to participate in the study. In the study, one of the qualitative research methods, "quantitative content analysis" was used. In the study, the opinions of the teachers were collected by a questionnaire consisting of semi-structured open-ended questions developed by the researchers. As a result of the research, it was revealed that teachers who were mainstream students in their classes observed that these students had problems in exercising their rights. In order to solve these problems, first of all, teachers, parents and other students should be informed about the subject. In addition, it is thought that reducing the class size of teachers who are mainstreaming students in their classes, arranging these classes according to the needs of the student and assigning a special education teacher to help the teacher if necessary will contribute to the solution of the problems.
