Communication skills and organizational values ??of managers in primary education institutions

In this study, the relationship between communication skills and organizational values ??of administrators working in primary education institutions is examined. For this purpose, 210 primary school and 252 secondary school teachers who were selected by stratified sampling method from teachers working in primary education institutions in Erzincan city center in the 2012-2013 academic year were studied. Pearson Correlation Coefficient Calculation and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis were used to determine the relationship and predictive level between variables. As a result of the study, a moderate, positive and significant relationship was determined between the communication skills of the administrators in primary education institutions and the organizational values ??of the institutions. In addition, communication sub-dimensions of communication skills scale towards informative communication, feedback, attitude and behavior and their total scores together, It explains 49% of the organizational values ??in primary education institutions. In addition, the task-oriented communication sub-dimension is not a predictor of organizational values.
