The aim of this study is to develop "Attitude Scale Towards Measurement and Evaluation Course in Education". For this purpose, the 44-item draft attitude scale, which was created based on the review of the relevant literature, was applied to 421 pre-service teachers who were studying at different departments of Pamukkale University Faculty of Education and who took the measurement and evaluation course. Item-total correlation, and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with varimax factorial rotation were performed on the data obtained from the pilot application. As a result of the factor analysis, a three-factor structure with 21 items was reached. As a result of EFA, it was determined that the data collection tool had construct validity and the Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient of the scale was .94. The reliability coefficient for the three sub-dimensions of the scale was .93 for factor 1 and .93 for factor 2, respectively. 88 and for factor 3, it was calculated as .84. On the other hand, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was applied to test the accuracy of EFA analysis results. The fit index values ??for the CFA results are NFI = .96; NNFI = 1.00; IFI = 1.00, CFI = 1.00; RMSEA = .028; GFI = .92; AGFI = .87; RMR = .043; SRMR = 0.051. These index values ??meet the benchmark values. CFA fit index values ??EFA result confirms the three-factor structure.
