Examination of school administrators and teachers' attitudes towards the 4 + 4 + 4 education system

The aim of this study is to determine the views of administrators and teachers about the effectiveness of the new regulation known as 4 + 4 + 4 in the education system. The research is a relational survey model and the data were obtained by applying a questionnaire to school principals and teachers. The population of the study consists of administrators and teachers working in primary and secondary schools in the city center of Amasya, and the sample consists of administrators and teachers working in ten primary and ten secondary schools and selected according to the purposeful sampling method. During the implementation, school principals with different socio-economic structure, number of students, settlements and different school types and teachers from different branches were worked together. In this study, the Attitude Scale Towards 4 + 4 + 4 Education System was used. As a result of the research,
