This research aims to reveal the views and experiences of teachers about FAT?H project in a multifaceted way. For this purpose, 17 teachers working in 3 pilot secondary education institutions where FAT?H project is implemented in Eski?ehir City Center were interviewed. The collected data were subjected to axial coding in 9 categories with descriptive analysis and themes were created depending on the teachers' opinions. While evaluating the effect of interactive boards on the teaching process, teachers emphasized that technology is a tool, not a goal, and advocated a balance between teacher and technology. In the theme of the disadvantages of interactive boards in the teaching process, it was stated that they can cause a waste of time when not used correctly. In the category of FAT?H project and the cooperation between teachers, it was determined that there were teachers who argued that the project contributed to the cooperation between teachers, who were more cautious about cooperation and stated that each new model encouraged teachers to cooperate. It was stated that for the success of the in-service training provided within the scope of the FAT?H project, first of all, teachers should be willing and ready to learn (personal competencies), The trainings given were criticized by the teachers in terms of content and method and suggestions were made. Finally, the problems encountered in the implementation of the FAT?H project were examined and it was determined that the problems were grouped under the themes of technical inadequacies and project planning-development inadequacies
