The reason for this study is the belief in the importance of teachers' ethical sensitivity skills in the process of understanding and solving ethical problems. The aim of the study is to examine the level of ethical sensitivity of teachers working in primary and secondary education in terms of various variables. Variables are teachers' seniority, duty level, gender, education level they serve, education level of parents, settlement center where they lived before university and last education institution they graduated from. The universe of the study consists of 1101 teachers working in the official primary and secondary schools of the city center and districts of Sinop. The sample of the study consists of 451 teachers working in these primary schools and selected by simple random sampling method. As a result of the research, The ethical sensitivity of teachers was found to be high. While the highest ethical sensitivity skill was found in the dimensions of "taking care of establishing relationships with other people" and "determining the results of actions and options", the lowest ethical sensitivity skill was found in the "preventing social prejudices" dimension. In addition, some significant differences were found in some dimensions related to ethical sensitivity skill according to the variables of gender, branch, seniority, father's education level and the educational institution graduated from.
