Education is generally a learning process and in this process, it is aimed to teach individuals the ability to use information in life. Countries that understand the importance of raising individuals who can use knowledge in life are in an effort to increase the quality of their education levels. Various exams are held in order to determine the quality of education provided in formal education institutions and to reveal whether the system works effectively. In addition, many countries that understand the importance of education take international exams to monitor their success. Various decisions are made based on the results of these exams and system changes can be made. However, the adaptation of the changes that can be qualified as reforms in the education system within the system takes a long time.
