The purpose of this study is to reveal in which way primary school administrators meet family satisfaction. The population of the study was found to be 782 children studying in Ayten-?aban Diri Primary School in Çankaya district of Ankara province in the 2012-2013 academic year; The sample consists of 264 parents determined by random sampling technique from this universe. The "Primary Education Family Satisfaction Scale" used in the study was developed by the researcher. Factor analysis results of the scale with 4 factors; The total variance explained by the factors was found to be 70.252%. Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficients vary between .906 and .931 according to the factors. According to the research findings, in the social environment of the research, the education level of mothers and fathers is quite high; father's education, It has been determined that it is more than mothers in both secondary and higher education. Research results, family satisfaction; parental education level; shows that it is directly related to the parents' profession and income. It has been revealed that especially the parents' having higher education makes a significant difference in the increase in the level of family satisfaction.
