Problems and solution suggestions in the implementation of the new education system (4 + 4 + 4) (Bolu province example)

The aim of this study is to determine the problems encountered at the beginning of the New Education System (4 + 4 + 4) put into practice in the 2012-2013 academic year and to determine the solution suggestions for these problems and to determine the benefits of the new application. The working group of the research consists of the administrators (principal, vice principal) and teachers working in official primary schools in the Central District of Bolu province in the 2012-2013 academic year. This research is designed within the framework of qualitative research approach. Data in the study were collected by semi-structured interview method. The semi-structured interview form prepared by the researchers was distributed to the study group by hand, and the administrators and teachers gave their opinions in writing. Inductive analysis, one of the types of content analysis, was used in the analysis of the data obtained within the scope of the research. In line with the opinions of the school administrators and teachers regarding the problems experienced at the beginning of the New Education System (4 + 4 + 4), the most important problem was reached to the conclusion that "the age of starting school is small". It was determined that school administrators and teachers mostly developed solutions to the problems encountered in the education process, and administrators and teachers mostly expressed their views on the benefits of the New Education System (4 + 4 + 4). In line with the opinions of the school administrators and teachers regarding the problems encountered at the beginning of the New Education System (4 + 4 + 4), the most important problem was reached to the conclusion that "the age of starting school is small". It was determined that school administrators and teachers mostly developed solutions to the problems encountered in the education process, and administrators and teachers mostly expressed their views on the benefits of the New Education System (4 + 4 + 4). In line with the opinions of the school administrators and teachers regarding the problems encountered at the beginning of the New Education System (4 + 4 + 4), the most important problem was reached to the conclusion that "the age of starting school is small". It was determined that school administrators and teachers mostly developed solutions to the problems encountered in the education and training process, and administrators and teachers mostly expressed opinions about the benefits of the students regarding the benefits of the New Education System (4 + 4 + 4).
