The aim of the study is to examine the views of school administrators about Psychological Counseling and Guidance (PDR) services in their schools according to gender, branch, service year, school type, location of the school, the number of psychological counselors in the school and the number of students. The group of the research, which is a field survey using the descriptive method, consists of 203 school administrators. The data of the study were obtained by a measuring tool consisting of 20 items developed by the researchers. In addition, a personal information form was used to collect information about demographic variables. T-test and one-way analysis of variance were used to test whether the opinions of the participants differed according to independent variables. Research findings, school administrators' views on PDR services, gender, It showed that there was no difference in terms of years of service, type of school and the number of counselors in the school. In addition, branch teachers and school administrators with a low number of students per psychological counselor believe more in the effectiveness of the field of PDR. According to the settlement unit variable, school administrators working in towns believe more in the necessity of PDR services than school administrators in city centers.
