In this study, graphic product design for the visually impaired and its place in graphic design education was discussed as a literature review within the scope of social responsibility concept. As of the year 2014 in Turkey, graphic, graphic design, communication design and visual communication design licensing department to accept students 20 states with a special aptitude test, when a total of 37 university web accessible education programs, site investigation, including foundations and 17 social responsibility issues and The “design for disabled individuals” process or projects are not mentioned in the lessons that include their projects; It is seen that foundation universities give more place to social responsibility education and projects than state universities. A small number of graphic products for the visually impaired have been produced within the scope of corporate social responsibility projects or through individual efforts. In this context of social responsibility in Turkey in graphic design and universal design concepts in product design and graphic design education can be improved in several recommendations to be adopted widely
