This research aims to determine the effectiveness of school principals through educational leadership, human resource management, school culture and climate, school environment and parents, budget and support management according to the teachers’ opinion. Moreover, the changes of the participant’ opinion have been tried to be determine according to the gender and seniority variables. A survey research methodology was employed in the study. The sample included 466 secondary school teachers in U?ak. In order to determine the differentiation of the school principals effectiveness through the five dimensions according to the seniority factor, one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) has been used. Furthermore, in order to determine the differentiation of the school principals’ effectiveness through five dimensions according to the gender factor, t?test has been used. Research findings show that the effectiveness of the school principals through five dimensions is on the “high” level. In addition to this result, teachers’ opinion does not show the diversity according to the gender and seniority factors.
