The relationship between school administrators' organizational commitment levels and their problem solving skills

The purpose of the study, in which the relational screening model was used, is to reveal whether there is a significant relationship between school administrators' organizational commitment levels and their problem solving skills. The study universe of the research consists of 203 school administrators working in primary education institutions affiliated to the Directorate of National Education in the city center and districts of Kastamonu. The data were collected using the "Organizational Commitment Scale" developed by the researchers and the "Problem Solving Inventory" developed by Heppner and Peterson (1982). T-test, ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis H Test and Pearson Correlation Analysis were used to analyze the data. According to the findings of the research, the commitment levels and problem solving skills of school administrators differ according to their age, field of duty, education level and seniority in the profession.
