The relationship between the democratic attitudes of primary and secondary school administrators and school culture according to teachers' perceptions

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the democratic attitudes of primary and secondary school administrators and school culture according to teachers' perceptions. The study was designed in a relational screening model. The Democratic Attitude Scale and the Organizational Culture Scale were asked to answer 180 primary and secondary school teachers who worked at the school they were in for at least three years. Arithmetic Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation and Simple Linear Regression Analysis were used in the analysis of the data obtained. The findings show that there is a statistically positive and significant relationship between the teachers' perceived democratic attitudes of school administrators and school culture.
