– The main purpose of this study is to determine whether preservice teachers’ occupational anxieties that may exist before graduation predict their burnout levels. The study is a relational screening model of quantitative research methods. 350 preservice teachers who continue their education in Amasya University in the fourth semester of the 2017-2018 academic year constitute the sample group of this study. As a data collection tool; personal information form, Maslach Burnout InventoryStudent Form and Occupational Anxiety Scale for Teacher Candidates were used. In the analysis of data, simple linear regression analysis, Pearson Moment Correlation Coefficient, t test and ANOVA test were used. According to the findings obtained from the study, it was observed that the burnout and occupational anxities of the preservice teachers were at a moderate level. In addition, gender, age and family income variables did not have a significant effect on burnout and occupational anxiety.
